Menu for May 30th - June 4th
Monday - White Bean and Ham Soup (I think I'm going to try using some sandwich meat that I have in my freezer for this?)
Tuesday - Three Cheese Baked Ziti
Wednesday - Grill with pasta salad
Thursday - Breakfast for dinner!
Friday - Stuffed Meatball Sandwiches (I won't follow the recipe exactly...but I love the idea!)
Saturday - NOT HOME! At the Homeschooling Conference!
I'd like to try: Berry Crumble

Menu for May 23rd - 28th
This is our last week of baseball! YAY!
Monday - Grilled cheese and Tomato Soup
Tuesday - Sloppy Joes
Wednesday - Chicken Tetrazzini
Thursday - Tara's Spaghetti Dish
Friday - Calzone with marinara dipping sauce
Saturday - Breakfast - French Toast (remember to make homemade bread earlier in the week and buy eggbeater!) and bacon. I wonder how this bread will taste as french toast? Of course I'll healthify it a bit...
Then we are heading to a friends house!

Monday - Baked Chicken with Lemony Fettuccine Alfredo with Peas
Tuesday - Chicken Parm with side of Spaghetti
Wednesday - BLT's and french fries
Thursday - Garden Sloppy Joes
Friday - Tuscan Lemon Chicken with brown rice and roasted veggies
Saturday - Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls!
French Onion Soup (I am so determined to find a recipe that I can make at home that tastes good!)

Menu for May 2nd - May 7th
Monday - On your own! The kids and I had dinner at a friends house! YUM! Awesome food, even better fellowship!
Tuesday - White Bean Chicken Chili with Garlic Breadsticks and chocolate chip cookies
Wednesday - Macaroni and Cheese with steamed veggies
Thursday - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Friday - PIZZA!
Saturday Breakfast - Pancakes and sausage
Sam has a game and the kids and I are headed to the nursing home. I'm not sure what we are doing in the evening!!
I'm going to make Chewy Granola Bars this week for the kiddos to eat for snacks/breakfast.
I have already made Baked Banana Oatmeal but instead baked it in a muffin tin...soooo good! My kids will eat it like a muffin...OR this morning I put a few in a bowl and added milk!
I need to bake some banana bread or a banana cake with the cheap banana's I got at the grocery store!
