Saturday - Breakfast: Waffles and sausage
Dinner: Chicken Penne Arrabiata

I've been so not consistent with menu planning lately! I'm goal is to get back on track, and get through May planned out.

Tuesday - Spaghetti and meatballs with homemade bread
Wednesday - Bruschetta n Cheese Stuffed Chicken OR Bruschetta Chicken bake
Eclair Cake
Thursday - Chicken Roll-Ups with steamed mixed veggies
Friday - Pizza Night! with breadsticks
Saturday - French toast with raspberry sauce
Popcorn Chicken with french fries

I need to make something to use up bananas that I got cheap! My kids love banana muffins and I'm thinking of trying Baked Banana Oatmeal this week!

Menu for the week of April 4th!

My son is going dairy free. We eat a lot of dairy. I didn't realize this. What a challenge! He is so good about asking what he can and can't have though, I'm so thankful! He is also being a rock star taking his medicine, reminding me and everything. I'm not sure why God chose to bless me with my children, but wow am I ever blessed!

Monday: Black bean and Corn Quesadillas
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice Soup with homemade bread
Wednesday: Crunchy BBQ Onion Chicken with steamed veggies
Thursday: Chicken on the grill!!! with pasta salad (yummy summer foods!!)
Friday: Homemade pizza with breadsticks

Please, warmer weather hurry this way! I'm tired of sickness and chilly weather!
